United States: Orders from customers in the US will be shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States via tracked USPS Media Mail (shipping time: approximately 5–14 business days). No tariffs apply.

Canada + international: Most international and Canadian orders are shipped from Anna's home in Canada (estimated shipping time: about 5–10 business days for international orders, 3–5 business days for shipping within Canada).

Delivery may take longer during the holiday season or due to unexpected delays beyond our control. Once your parcel is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any shipping delays, lost items, etc. You are responsible for covering any duties or import fees that may apply for delivery to your country.
